Guest guest Posted August 23, 2008 Report Share Posted August 23, 2008 hi, my son has had 3 bouts of strep since march. the doctor believes that the strep has " colonized " in my son's throat and thinks that the tonsils should be removed. i personally don't think thats the answer. i asked him if we could do a blood lab and he said that there wouldn't be anything in the blood. logically that sounds correct but i don't feel its the right answer. what are the labs that they do for PANDAS? my son doesn't get OCD or anything and the last time he had strep, he was asymptomatic. any assistance would help. thank you teresa Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
