Guest guest
With probably my most recent post, I had the same problem as Melody. When I clicked on " send " , Yahell said they couldn't find message # whatever. I immediately backed up to my post & clicked " send " again....and it went through ok. This is just one of many occasional Yahoo glitches which surface from time to time. Also, I have an unrelated group and also moderate another and can confirm that you'll normally never be " put out in the cold " without a warning except in cases of outright spam. Anywho, I'll take a middle ground approach on Melody's problem. Inasmuch as Verizon seems to have eliminated her service difficulties I'd guess that it all rests with Yahoo. I'm confident Gil had absolutely nothing to do with it. Now, onto me question of the day. I've no desire to grow microgreens in soil and have decided that clay is not for me (for various reasons). Sooooooo, I'm a gonna do what I can with both STG pads & baby blanket & hope for the best. That said, It's my understanding that the initial wetting of the medium should include liquid kelp (or something similar). So far so good. How about subsequent watering and/or misting? Should the kelp continue to be administered - and - if so, for how long prior to harvesting? Thanks in advance for helpful responses to this! Guest guest
In answer to my own question, I've been advised that if I'm only " sprouting " my microgreen seeds (5 to 7 days) that I only need the one treatment - having the liquid kelp in the water in the medium. But, if I were to continue growing to actual microgreen stage (roughly 21 days), then a daily misting with kelp-added water would be better. Just thought I'd throw that out there in case anyone else needs the info. I'm still open, of course, to anyone else's opinion. Don

Guest guest
Hi. There is definitely something going on with yahoo. Tonight I tried to reply to postings and nothing showed. Then I read where someone suggested that we sign OUT and then sign back IN. Well, I just did that and my posts came up. This one should come up next. How odd!!
