Guest guest
I'm sorry I did not introduce myself prior to my 1st post. My name is Tammy. I am 5 yrs 4 months post-op. I am a patient of Dr. K's. I started off at 297 lbs and have been 205-215 lbs over the last 4 years. I believe ONE time I did get just under the 200 lb mark, but it didn't last long. Although I have managed to not gain any weight, I have not lost any either. So I know a change in my eating habits needs to be addressed. One thing I am happy about from my WLS is that I can get clothes in the " normal " section of the store. And I feel soooo much better than I have ever felt. There are approx. 5 DS patients at my work. (they are Rabkin pateints) They all seem to have lost the weight and then some with no effort. I am refered to as the one who looks healthy, everyone else is looking thin. But thats to outsiders who don't really understand the surgery. I know that some lose faster then others, and naturally I am the one who will have to work harder to lose more weight. So that's why I here. I need help, suggestions anything that can help me get back into the mind set that is needed to start lossing the weight again. Yes I am a CARB addicted!! [] Is there a carb's annonymous?? hehe!! So ANY suggestions/advice will be greatly appreciated!!!! Thank you!!! Tammy
