That's neat - my brother's name is Wayde and I haven't seen it spelled

that way before.

, you rock. I'm glad things are going so good and that you

LOVE your job. That is such a big thing. And that is so neat that

Skylar has brought a spark back to your aunt's life. Kids are soooo

good for that. And it's so much easier being an aunt/grandma then a

parent - you can spoil them tons and then give them back to the

parent! LOL

le, who's son just came home this afternoon from the hospital

after having his tonsils and anodes removed yesterday. I feel so bad

for him. :( It sucks seeing your child in pain and not be able to do

anything.

Welllllllll, she IS staying at my house right now, so I could either

go dig through her bags and remove all cards OR make sure she never

wakes up again (insert evil laugh here). But...I guess I'll just

have to deal with it if it happens!

Susi,

you're too funny, I liked that evil laugh thing. How's it going? How's

school coming along? Hopefully I'll see you one day soon at the center.

Too funny !!!!! I hope she keeps a rein on those funky moves

until after I get there to go to one of her classes . . . guess that

means I better get my butt out there. Me, who is so NOT full of grace

and flexibility, would be laughed out of the room. I envy those that

have the " moves " . I love to dance - I'm just awful at it. Vince and

I have taken dance classes three times in our 11 year marriage and an

instructor once told me I need to loosen up. Actually, Vince and I

need to take a class again because I've forgotten most of it - if you

don't use it, you lose it. An ex-bi*** once said to us after we

walked off the dance floor laughing something about " I thought you two

took lessons " (we both were toasty - I had just had Mckenna four

months earlier so you can imagine what a few drinks did to me) and I

was so happy that Vince turned to her and said " yeah, but we are

having fun " and that was so true - I was impressed that he voiced it

like that though - especially as he isn't the verbal one in the

family! LOL

the cards will be here

waiting for you when you get back to the WMTC :)

what did I do to deserve the cards???lol. I suppose I'll have to pull out that

SA tape and get to work. I'm glad things are going well for you. Do you also

teach the evening classes on Saturday? I'm really looking forward to taking a

class (maybe two...teeheehee)from you.

Toni-who is now scared of and will be extra nice to her until after

class :)

Darcy,

For the time being, I've put the apartment search on hold. I'm just

commuting from my aunt's house every day. It is actually working out

better because I know the lady who does daycare, so I don't have to

worry about that. And, Skylar is adjusting really well with my aunt

and everything! It will all work out eventually, but for the time

being, I'm just going to continue commuting :)

Toni,

School is VERRRRRYYYY tough and stressful, but I am hanging in

there. One of the things that keeps me going is getting to the

center at least four times a week to do Tae-Bo or train with Wayde in

the gym.

I agree...I hope we will see each other at the gym soon! WHEN YA

COMING??? LOL

Right now, it's more difficult for me to go on Saturdays because I

have a lot of review sessions (or exams) scheduled those days, but I

am hoping that will get better soon. I'm typically there in the

evenings around 7:00 - 9:00, but that changes depending upon my

schedule. Drop me an e-mail when you are thinking about coming, and

we can coordinate our schedules. (NOTE: This applies to the rest of

you who can come to the WMTC!!!)

,

From someone who has been commuting anywhere between 1.5 to 3 hours a

day for the last year, I have to say that even if commuting is rough,

you do find ways to cope with it! For instance, I now don't eat

breakfast at home in the mornings, and tag along my coffee and muffin

or whatever in the car with me. Jordan has even been eating in the

car along with me! I also prepare most of my meals in advance, so

that only reheating is required or something is in the crockpot when

we get home.

I have not saved any money on gas, but I just love where I'm living,

and I don't mind the sacrifices of commuting, because I wouldn't dare

live in the city anymore!! I think that if Skylar is happy in her

daycare setting, LEAVE IT THAT WAY... a good daycare provider is

soooo difficult to find!

Hi Dargie,

I don't think you all would be human if you didn't get snappish now

and again. It would be impossible for you to go through this day in

and day out with a smile on your face as though you are loving it.

Yopu all have my complete support. I am far from perfect and have

snapped back at my own mother at times and later regretted it as it

always seemed to make the situation worse. I also snapped at my kids

at times. Life is hard under the best of circumstances and this is

something you for sure do not have. Be blessed...Hugs...Patti
