I just dropped their mobile phone service and am in the process of switching my home phone and internet over to cable. Goodbye Verizon. Shouldn't speak too soon though. I did contact them, and they responded asking me to give them my ID, my email, etc. etc. and before I did that, I came here to see if the problem has been resolved. It has.
