All three symptoms are symptoms of an inner ear problem, and with

visible signs of infection, that would be the first assumption. Empty a

capsule of acidophilus type bacteria in an ounce of warm water, shake,

and put about 9 drops in each ear. Or, use 3% peroxide, but the tickling

is difficult to deal with, and with repeated use, can dry out the ear

making it itch a lot. Ozone insufflation would definitely be the

treatment of choice, IMO, if available. There are products at the HFS

that have tea tree oil & grapefruit seed extract in an oil base for the

ears. This would also be excellent.

Why not try putting 6 or so drops of 3% H2O2 in his ear and let it stay until

the bubbling stops. This can't hurt anything and may take out some wax. Here is

what Dr. Mercola says on his web site and I have copied and pasted part of the

Getting back to the stimulus for this message: Putting H2O2 into the ear will

dry it out if one indulges in that activity on a regular basis.

I have effected cures in " itchy ear syndrome " by having patients put drops of

apple cider vinegar into their ears. The itch is due to lack of calcium, due to

lack of stomach acidity, due to too much refined starch in the diet, due to lack

of fat in the bloodstream etc etc.

I also have used the H2O2 in ears packed with wax to help loosen it up after it

has been oil soaked for a few minutes (any oil will do such as olive etc.) a

small dropper with H202 suctioning and squirting repeatedly really loosens up

the old wax.

I don't think I'd be using H2O2 to " cure " flu except to give the patient

something to do other than going to an MD for drugs. Too much of that will dry

out the ears and then more problems will ensue. So those of you who follow that

advice be careful about the dryness issue. Just don't make a habit of it.

Prevent the flu by avoiding the sweets and junk foods over the holidays, you'll

be surprised at the results!

We are in the middle of a discussion on ear candling on another list I am

on. I have taken the training, and done ear candling for people. I do not

think it works and have done research on this which I am not going to go into

here. I do not do ear candling anymore despite the fact I love doing it. I

don't believe it gives the benefits or does what the ear candling teachers say.

I think the residue they show you in the used candle is residue from the candle

itself. Just my opinion and quitting offering it as a service lost me some good

income.

i just learned that my dad had the above symptoms over the weekend. he can't

walk straight and lost hearing in his left ear. the docs put him on antibiotics

and prednisone. he has a little improvement in two days. he has had spring

allergies in the past so i think this is part of the trigger. the first thing

that came to mind was ear candling. he is open to it, but wants to wait a few

days first to see what happens with the meds. donna posted in the past that

digestive enzymes worked well for her allergies so i mentioned that to him.

looking for some more ideas...????

The above web page(s) are concise and brief about the ear and how people

get caught by the common cold & Flu virus(s)

I have researched the flu & cold for more than 23 years and have found

the same results time after time and with 100% results have killed them

both in the same manner / processes.

The common cold will cause more liquid to build-up in middle ear than

the flu.

Especially with young children - they have it so bad that they topple

over and or run into walls ( vertigo ) High temperatures with infant /

children are a known cause of permanent brain damage or a learning

disability / slow to learn. ( every child is deferent to a degree of

damage )

I have whats called Meniere's disease - this comes and go's - ( vertigo

) My ears ring much like listening to a sea shell but much louder - I

can detect it's onset and I put 3% h2o2 in my ears as long as possible,

hours are ok when it's liquid is in full force in the middle ear. I

notice that I get this more often when I drink beer. Using h2o2 for two

days usually gets rid of this for me. ( castor oil helps ) I have found

that using an antihistamine that has a drying affect ( dry-mouth ) along

with the h2o2 quickens the relief.

Virus(s) are at us at all times - the flu and cold need our ear (

explain in above web page ) to reproduce.

That is malpractice.

Ozone ear insufflation will take care of any viral or bacterial

infection. And without screwing up his digestion, like the

antibiotics can. And without screwing up his liver and adrenals,

like the prednisone can.

anything as a disease since things are so " remedial " . I ran into this
