Guest guest
Okay, I am starting a new 21 DC. My challenge is going to be to NOT stuff myself at supper!! I have done this a couple times this past week and it's really aggravating me!! It is really REALLY going to be a tough one though. Anyone want to join me in something of their own?? Darcy who has been eating too many pb/jelly sandwiches lately too....

I want to start off again the right way! I plan on waking up 25 minutes earlier to do some light activity (ie yoga or walking), just to get myself set to start working out in the morning (which would be much easier on my schedule). Evening workouts are great, but sometimes it's a real struggle after a hard day to push play!! I'd be starting Monday as the next few weeks are good for me to start a new schedule!
