Raw foodists are starting to incorporate more sprouting into their recipes and cookbooks.Rene Oswald does and Carmella of The Sunny Raw Kitchen does a bit too. I completely share your enthusiasm! I have never regretted buying that excalibur. For breads and crackers it cannot be beat. ' bread with a nut pate and sprouts, with a side of homemade pickles is a favorite Summer lunch at my house. In Winter we eat more raw crackers with nondairy cheeses and sprouts. Heaven! Please keep us posted regarding your sprouting and health-filled foods. njust polished off a bowl of brown rice with sauteed pea sprouts and garlic, lentil and fenugreek sprouts, and pickles.
