is my favorite Raw Chef. He does a bit with sprouts too. His bread

is our favorite. Raw foodists are starting to incorporate more sprouting into

their recipes and cookbooks.Rene Oswald does and Carmella of The Sunny Raw

Kitchen does a bit too.

I completely share your enthusiasm!  I have never regretted buying that

excalibur. For breads and crackers it cannot be beat.

' bread with a nut pate and sprouts, with a side of homemade

pickles is a favorite Summer lunch at my house. In Winter we eat more raw

crackers with nondairy cheeses and sprouts. Heaven!

Please keep us posted regarding your sprouting and health-filled foods.:)

njust polished off a bowl of brown rice with sauteed pea sprouts and

garlic, lentil and fenugreek sprouts, and pickles. Life is good.
