Success Sprouting on a Terracotta plate

I might have missed your update on sprouting your mucilaginous seeds on the

terracotta plate.  I tried it! My Cress turned out beautifully just by spraying

with water frequently throughout the day and harvest and cleanup is a breeze.

> I find that using to little soil can make them droop and fall. I do not

believe that using the recommended one inch of soil will allow these sprouts to

tall. I believe they need a good size soil to anchor or they fall. Also, I

bought good organic soil at my organic food coop which was not sterilized. It

was amazing what big leaves I got. " Elephant " leaves :)
