How do you make cauliflower popcorn? Would you share your recipe please?

I have some orange cauliflower that I picked up at our local health food store

this week. Can I use that?

Thank you!

Melody,Last time I was in Whole Foods I saw Fenugreek and tumeric supplements! I

thought to myself--why not just eat fenugreek! And put a little tumeric in your

food? I mean, they aren't like garlic, which some folks dislike the taste and

odor of--I was surprised too to hear of broccoli supplements.

While I really like broccoli in all forms, the sprouts never upset my stomach

like mature broccoli does (cooked or raw). I like to mix the sprouts into

whatever I am eating.

My husband asked me to make a big bowl of the cauliflower popcorn and to put

some raw broccoli in it too. Our nephews might come over to watch football so

this might be a very big bowl of " Popcorn " and sprouted nuts and seeds! Thanks

for copying the broccoli sprout study info.

Until we have the courage to recognize cruelty for what it is--whether its

victim is human or animal--we cannot expect things to be much better in this

world... We cannot have peace among men whose hearts delight in killing any

living creature. By every act that glorifies or even tolerates such moronic

delight in killing we set back the progress of humanity.
