Guest guest
n, I had thought I found from a post you made and now I am certain of it. Thank you for sharing. I made up his smokey chipotle kale chips and cannot stop eating them. I will buy his set of 6 cookbooks as soon as my Excalibur arrives. It took my Easy Green over a month to arrive, so.... I raised all four of my adult children on sprouts, my boys are all over 6 feet and my darling daughter is almost 6 foot. They are HUGE, I am 5' 5 " and my husband is 5'9 " , our kids were all 6 lbs at birth. We attribute their health and hugeness to sprouts. I actually began sprouting because I did not want to work. I wanted to be home with the children. I placed an initial order of $50 of sprout seeds and I was OFF. I sprouted all of our wheat, back then the kids would just eat it, I now make it into things that taste good. We love things HOT. I always have jalapeno, chipotle and wasabi cheese to dip in. So now we have chipotle kale chips and by the way they are WAY cheaper than a bag of greasy, gross corn chips. I bought my Vita Mix 19 years ago and it is still going strong. I have always made nut milk and then reused the pulp to make nut butters. Way back when I was learning myself to make bread I made 17 rocks before I learned to make good pumpernickel. Now I make sprouted rye rocks, hahaha Feeding 4 children was an awesome challenge, but I had them on purpose and I fed them on purpose. Thank you for all the wonderful sharing of info. I am still on my grand discovery adventure of life.
