Guest guest Posted September 25, 2008 Report Share Posted September 25, 2008 Jo, and other oldies - ;} What is your all reliable answer to weight gain? Sugar or carbs or both? I am six 1/2 years out and up to 191 and would like to get back to 170. I weight train at least 2x per week. I know I should do more cardio but can't find the energy.
