Guest guest
Hi, I just wanted to quickly say that I love all the wonderful information each of you shares with the group. The recipes are fabulous (trying the bean sprout bird nests tonight) and the videos you all are making are so thoughtful and educational for someone new to sprouting like me. I've only been sprouting for a few months. I use a Sprout Garden and buy most of my organic seeds from Frontier Natural in bulk. It's convenient to buy my seeds from them because I buy a lot of herbs and teas and such already from them. I will be trying the seed mixes that you all have suggested from Sprout People though. Anyway, on to my question about Pea Sprouts... I was wondering if one can sprout Peas in a Sprout Garden. And, if so, what is the process. Like I said above, I'm a newbie, so I haven't gotten past just putting the seeds in the Sprout Garden and sprouting them. Which I did with the peas. They sprouted up just wonderfully, but before I thought they were ready, the seeds began to get mushy and icky. Not all of them at one time, but enough of them that I eventually couldn't keep up with picking the bad ones out. Thanks so much for any suggestions you might have! Peace, Kim
