Frozen mango and acai are thawing and brazil nuts are soaking as the major additions. Any advice on additional sweetening or ingredients would be appreciated. Should I add a little coconut oil? It will be prepared in the dehydrator. By the way, those of you who have mentioned buckwheat " slime " , it is harmless and easily rinsed away, just takes a couple of washings and thorough draining. Sproutfully, PS What is your opinion on nutritional yeast? When I crave it I add it to flax crackers with safflower petals. It seems to help my energy levels and my skin tone improves as well.
