Do you have any updates on your Doctor supervised diet in order to get

a revision? Isn't it about time for the diet to be up so insurance

authorize a revision? I forget which doctor you were planning on using.

Ginger, check and see what the name of the hospital is that Dr. K is doing

surgery in down south in. Glendale, I believe, without looking. I know he has

a new place he does surgery, so he may have a hospital down there that your

insurance would cover. Won't hurt to try. Good luck.

decision from insurance. I wanted Dr K, but his hospital is not on

the approved insurance list, although Dr K is. So Dr Maguire who is

in Dayton, Ohio.. he is on the doc list and the hospital list for

surgical opening is mid March, if I am approved soon, but it is

I did get approval for dental implants to replace teeth I have lost

(pre-DS)... a different policy, but I can't have them within 3

months of the DS revision. So needless to say I am frustrated.

I begged, sort of with Dr Maguire ofc today to approve only 8 weeks

with the dental implants. She did not get back to me today, so

hopefully I will hear on that tomorrow. I had one implant done a few

months ago and it was much easier than I thought it would be ! I

want to get the other side done as they have to heal for 4-6 months

for the crowns. I want a full mouth of choppers again !

The only positive it seems lately is our hot tub is FINALLY fixed,

Took forever ( almost 4 months) to get a reliable repair person out

here in the sticks ! Gesh... thanks for letting me vent ! We have

been being tested BIG time lately.

Are they saying snow for you guys on Monday also? I am sooooo excited, I

hope I get to see the house with a beautiful snowfall up here. Cross your

fingers for me...LOL.

PS- why do idiots run out and buy up all the bread and milk when they say

snow? I can understand the bread (sandwiches if you lose power) but milk???

Thanks Pat,

I know it is not my fault, but it does not prevent all those

feelings oh, gesh another surgery, another recovery, just the whole

thing. I never wanted to do this twice ! I want people to KNOW they

NEED to pick a qualified doc when they do this surgery in the first

place. Saves a TON of headaches !
