I'm happy to report that eight months after my Nov. '06 surgery, I've reach a new " set point. " Luckily, it is EXACTLY at the 100 lbs I wanted to lose in the first place. I haven't lost any more for at least six weeks, so believe I have finally stopped losing. And I'm feeling great, with lots of energy. This is a GOOD thing, because I'm about to resume my post-retirement work as a construction manager. I'm converting a four-unit apartment house I own into four condos. Wish me luck.
