I just got off the phone with Pat. She is doing well, she is still in

ICU because of the medication she is on, however she says she feels

great and feels silly being in ICU because she feels good.

I think the current plan is to move her to a regular room Sat. and

release her Sunday. Dr. K scoped her on Thursday but was unable to

complete the Bowel scope. So they did a Bari-enema with contrast cat

scan today. Pat said it went well but she has heard no results yet.

Hugs

Poor Pat! The Bari-enema is no fun at all. :-(

How's your sister, Jo?

Pat, did you ever get the Christmas card with your Get Well Card inside it? I

think I sent it. It took about a month for the Get Well Card to get sent back

from the hospital. Maybe they should have a volunteer who forwards mail to

patients that are discharged. How is your knee doing? Did they put you on

Celebrex post op for just rehab?
