JphnThe favorite in our house is a Korean dressing that has a base of sesame

oil, soy or braggs, black pepper,  to which one can add:minced garlic,  ginger,

chopped scallions or chives, crushed sesame seeds,  We mix the dressing either

on the sprouts or into the sprout/rice mix we are eating. Powdered garlic works

well too but we prefer the raw put through a garlic press.:) n
