Smoochy,

I guess it would depend on how overweight you are and

if there are other factors such as diabetes coming

into play. If there are no other comorbities and you

are less than 100 pounds overweight, you might want to

reconsider?

This surgery is life changing and I would do it over

in a heartbeat but there are things that I have to

deal with on a day to day basis. It is not a quick

fix and if dieting is working, then maybe that is the

solution. However, you know yourself and you know if

you will eventually gain it back. So, maybe the

surgery is the right choice.

These are just my thoughts.

Who is going to be your dr.?? Sounds like to me

you are doing good on your own, myself I have no

will power so every diet I was on would only last

a few weeks. How much over weight are you??? I was

334 and got down to 169 for about 30 seconds.I was

also a revision...

Good luck and God bless,

Pat
