Volleyball Attack

Hello,

I am a volleyball player and am trying to develop a quicker arm

swing as well as learning to snap my wrist. I have been an avid

weight lifter for over 15 years and have been having a lot of

trouble getting my wrist to snap on the ball. One of the exercises

I have been doing for this is to practice with a volleyball agaist

the wall. I try to hold my arm still and snap as the ball comes

back to me. This has not given be much progress. In the mean time I

have been doing a lot of rotater cuff exercises using the medical

tubing. I have also worked on my explosiveness with a fix tubing

over head that simulates a volleyball spike.

If anyone has a thought I would like another angle.
