Thick bars can help

Hello Everyone and hope all is well,

In my experience using thick bars is an excellent way to strenghten

ones grip and forearm strength. Will that lead to better performance

when you go back to a standard grip? It can but sometimes it won't

as things can be very specific. In your particular case I think it

would be very benefical to someone that practices judo or any

combative sport.
