Hello everyone and hope all is well.

Here's another way to do the 4 minute workout. You can use stair

exercises. Run all out for 20 secs and rest 10 secs. Repeat this 8 x

if you can make it. I first learned about this type of workout in a

fitness magazine and decided to give it a try with stair exercises.

What a killer work out that was. I definitely feel it's not

necessary to get this equipment mainly because it's just too

expensive. You can outfit an entire gym with that money. Use that

money for other equipment that can service more athletes.
