Guest guest
Just curious, are any of you on LDN who are still experiencing MS progression eating a low bad-fat diet? (bad fats would be animal fats, trans-fats, margerine etc. Good fats are things such as olive oil) I've gotten lots of symptom relief from LDN but my MS symptoms can still flare up if I am eating wrong for a few days. The bad fats are the worst (dairy, fried foods, things like that). They will go away if I get back on the straight and narrow. I also take plenty of supplements and occasionally can't stomach them for a week or so with no adverse affects, but it's the wrong fats that immediately let me know I still have MS!
