Do a search on your search engine for Buffering an Acid pH System. I've just started Homeopathic VAXA brand Buffer-pH+...A systemic Alkalizer for Buffering an Acid pH System. I have calcium depositing into my soft tissue and muscles and need to get this under control. My lymphatic system is clogged due to this also. Guest guest
Kathy, What exactly do you mean when you say you use no aluminum? as in foil? -- Re: [low dose naltrexone] MS Progression & low bad-fat diet Even a person without a chronic degenerative conditionmust have a healthy lifestyle, diet, etc. If not, eventually they will get something. you can have whatever you want sometimes if you have been in remission for a while, but moderation is the key. now that is just what has worked for me bacause i worked so hard the first 4 years to build my immune system, now it is more forgiving but my diet is still 95% what it should be for me. i take plenty of enzymes and alpha lipoic for stabilizing blood sugar and hopefully preserving the integrity of my myelin sheath. i will eat something chocolate and then be as close to perfect as i can for the next 10 days. this is just how i manage my condition without feeling as though i'm living in a bubble. it is different for everyone. i use no aluminum, no canned foods, no alcohol, lots of things i don't mind giving up but don't take my coffee or green tea at least. without one of those, there would be a void. i must have that pick me up! kathy [low dose naltrexone] MS Progression & low bad-fat diet Just curious, are any of you on LDN who are still experiencing MS progression eating a low bad-fat diet? Guest guest
Aluminum is used in such things as anti caking compound in baking powder, an ingredient in TUMS and a number of other things. In theory you can also have issues by cooking in aluminum pans, wrapping things in foil, etc… Aluminum can be a big contributor to upsetting the immune system.
