I don't usually get extremely tired after any meals except dinner. It seems after eating, even sometimes mid way thru, I can hardly hold my head up or my arms. When are you taking your ldn? Guest guest
This has only happened since taking liquid LDN which seems so much more potent. I am taking 4.5ml between 8:50 and 9pm. I dont know if i have so much more endorphins that im constantly getting buzzed on anything that releases endorphins or this is just what feeling normal feels like. It is very strange. I ate just 3 peices of bread this morning and feel on top of the world. lol JL > > In a message dated 7/23/2005 11:00:16 AM Eastern Daylight Time, > jlbl2l@y... writes: > > I have always been tired after eating any meal, excepy maybe pure > sugar, since i was little. Guest guest
Hello, I am using LDN for CFS/FM actually with great results. Ok it has been a few hours since this and I am thinking it was possiblity a glucose spike in my blood, as now it is slowly fading as the insulin sweeps the glucose away. I have NEVER had this before so It seems LDN may be doing something modifing my glucose/insulin or something related to energy metabolism. I am 22, havent chnged my diet at all, dont have diabetes or anything. All i hadd was 3 peices of toast with butter and peanut butter. I could describe the feeling as intense energy or euphoria, yes. To be honest I have been having much better reaction to liquid. My profile may be different than most being that I have CFS also. I have had a VERY oily face which signals hormone changes from the LDN (possibly testosterone, dihydrotestosterone, or DHEA) My libido is threw the roof. Also I have a near constant nocturnal erection.... =/ I get very intense emotions now. I also am often euphoric feeling after certain things. I assume its just more endorphin availbility. Intense dreams, often nightmares which i awake from. > Have you changed your diet since the ms diagnosis? I don't know....... endless libido, euphoria after meals, I will be like Meg in " When Harry met Sally " . " I want one of what he's having!!!!!!! Seriously, when endorphins are increased you do have more of an appetite, libido, regulates body temperature, but I don't know about the euphoria. Perhaps you have improved your physiological state to the point you are just really happy compared to how you felt before. You know we were designed to be vibrant loving people so this can be a state of mind, body and spirit integrating. Just my thoughts. Best Wishes, Kathy Hi Kathy, I think I wrote that my mood has changed in the last few weeks. I am no longer depressed. I find that I am always in a good mood. I have a smile on my face and I feel happy in my heart. I really believe that it is from the LDN. I've never felt that good ever. I wish everyone could get this way. Hope this helps you Kathy. I think it is a strong chance that it is from the LDN. Hope it stays that way. Hugs. CJ Of all the blessings the Lord sends us....Friendship must be His favorite.
