Dear Members,

Summer heat can impose additional hardships for people with MS. The good news is that sometimes there are ways to "beat the heat" by using cooling techniques. We have recently updated www.ms-cam.org to include additional information about cooling. In addition, our survey on diet and dietary supplements in MS is ongoing. Nearly 2000 people have participated so far. We look forward to analyzing the results of this survey in more detail in the coming months.
