IMHO since caregiving isn't a reason for getting an absentee ballot, Cook County

should send someone to sit while Dargie and Carol go to vote. :0)

Y'know I called and ASKED them about this and they implied that it

would be fine. I mailed off my request this morning. I'll prolly get it

turned down. I will be so upset if something happens and I can't vote.

Well - the county officials probably think that since we live in Chicago,

there will be enough DEAD people voting to make up for our absence!!! <g>
