Thanks for the welcome back. As for the hubby, I actually asked for a seperation

but he did not agree to leave the house and financially with school I cannot

leave. So, we are continuing to talk about what to do and I am really ready to

leave, it is my children that is keeping me there at this point, besides not

wanting to live with my parents again. So, I have been on the most incredible

spiritual healing journey since Jan., and I am so much clearer about myself and

what I want out of live. It is amazing. I am also not letting his comments hurt

me anymore, and that is why I have begun to lose weight I believe. Anyway, it is

rough, but I am positive that I do not want to live with him. I actually had

asked for the seperation in order for us to have space and more time to focus on

each other and to get out of the horrible cycle we are in. So we will see!! Life

goes on, right??

thanks for asking Darcy!!

Thanks Elena, and yes, tonight TB is on, it has cooled down and I am ready!! The

last 2 nights it has been between 90-100 degrees, and I get heat hives so too

muc activity is a no-no. I already had to take cold baths at night to stop from

itching like crazy!!

Temera, I am sorry you are going through this on top of everything else. You

definitely need that vacation! You sound good, though. I'm glad you are at

peace with yourself and your decisions.

Thank you so much Kerri, I normally read the subject line before I read a

message, and I am not right now, so your message was a surprise. Thanks, it is a

I'm sure Edith will post about the differences between bipolar and BPD but in

my case nada is both. She was diagnosed bipolar many years ago but in my

opinion she meets the criteria of BPD first then maybe bipolar second. There

are

a lot of books out about bipolar disease including some written by people

with the disorder.

Hi, Debbie,

I had an open DS with Dr. K on November 19. Dr. K is a genius whose hands, I am

sure, are guided by God. He is a true healer, as well as a talented, experienced

physician. I feel we are lucky to be in his care.

I have documents my experiences in my blog. You can find it at

www.switchchick.com and you are welcome to read the whole blog to get my flavor

on the DS. I put my heart into the blog so that I was as accurate at any moment,

as I could be, feelings and all.

My best guidance to you is to walk, walk, walk. You hear that alot on this

support group. But, it is the truth. Then, keep up with your liquids, and next

your protein. This is what Dr. K recommends.

Take care and have a blessed holiday season.

Have faith. You must think you are not forgotten, that something is happening

for you. That we hold you in the palm of our hand, will not falter, nor will we

ever let you go.
