I'm going to try really hard to go out there before August since I am not 100% sure I will be able to make it in August as we might be moving at that time. (hopefully not!!!!!!) Guest guest
Welcome to the group Kim!! I have never been to a taping nor met ... BUT, that is my only big 'dream' that WILL come true some day I am hoping to make it out in August, but there's only a slim chance that I will. I definetely recommend the auto-delivery of the tapes. You will lovethe variety. I like the live 4-pack, but I don't think they compare to most/all of the regular volumes I absolutly love those!! Guest guest
Oh wow! That is so neat, I would love to go! I like the Advanced tapes better. cracks me up when he starts singing along to, " It's a groove thing " . The advanced tapes are more fun for me, I just think the basic has a little more cardio, which is good:) I spent 3 weeks getting to where I could work through the whole tape and expected it to take me much longer to get through the advanced and to my surprise, the first time I did the advanced, I got through 45 minutes. I was so excited:) My one weakness is that I am not sure if I am doing the kicks correctly. I keep going over the instructional video and practicing, but I guess it will just take some time:) Re: Introduction In a message dated 4/4/01 2:25:41 AM !!!First Boot!!!, kcrain01@... writes: << ...oh yes, I was itching to get out of Lubbock for 2 years! We have a couple people from Canada on this list! In fact, there is a fund raiser on April 21st at the Toronto Tae-Bo Center, where you can workout with (I don't know if you know about this already or not...I'm sure the other girls in Canada will fill you in on all the details)! Congratulations on all your results so far! That's awesome that you have improved so drastically in terms of your cardio capacity and that you are using your inhaler much less! We're glad to have you here
