Guest guest
Hi , I have chronic fatigue and have been on LDN for going on 3 years. My symptoms ranged from extreme tiredness to severe brain fog, forgetfulness, severe leg pains and chronic sinusitis and bronchitis - and an inability to work. I started on 3.0 mg and noticed an immediate improvement. My memory was better, and I was able to stay up longer. But the real change came when I went up to 4.5 mg LDN, where I have stayed ever since. I am now able to work from home. I still have to be careful not to overdo, as I will have a lapse and the fatigue sets in and sets me back. But I find if I pace myself, I am remarkable competent again. I hope this helps you and I wish you every success.
