You may just be feeling the endorphin rush that will tone down after a

while. I called it Energy and lots of it but some may feel like it's

anxiety. I wish I could have kept that feeling but after two months on

4.5mgs of liquid LDN, it has toned down but the fatigue I had is still

gone I'm just not wired as hell. After two years of Extreme fatigue, I

liked being wired. It was a good feeling to me. You could lower your

dose and see how goes. Maybe try 4mgs and if you feel it too much

lower to 3.5mgs and see which feels the best. I can tell you that the

Rush tones down and I'm back to drinking at least 1-2 cups of black

coffee with caffeine but can make me shake sometimes.

As far as waking up, I do sometimes to pee but I drink wine nightly

that helps me sleep thru the night. Not sure how it would be without

the wine.

My dad tried 4.5mgs once liquid way and went back to 3mgs. I guess for

some people the endorphin rush can vary and some it just scares them.

I felt like I was brought back from the DEAD and loved it. I think

after the rush and catching up, endorphins must normalize to a level

that is right for each of our bodies. Just a guess. After this

horrible summer heat here in NC, I will see more what I'm feeling now

and with my sinus, I can have yucky days.

I have been on liquid LDN for a little over 2 weeks now. I started at 2mg and moved up rather quickly to 4.5mg and I noticed the same thing with anxiety and being jittery. I decided to slow down a little bit and went back down to 2mg ... I am going to stay there for about a month then slowly move up to 3mg and eventually get to 4.5mg.

I think some of us might need to slowly introduce the recommended full dose rather than jumping right into it.

[low dose naltrexone] LDN -anxiety side effect?

I started liquid LDN 4.5mgs at 9 PM about a week ago.I notice two things:

1-I wake up several times a night

2-During the day I feel generalized anxiety and worry.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Good idea...I will downshift on the dose.I have been having mild panic attacks in the morning just after my coffee.Caffiene never did that to me before.

You might want to cut the caffeine out until the rush tones down.

Actually, I didn't need nor want coffee during the first 6 weeks. You

have enough energy without it and getting too much stimuli adding the

caffeine to the endorphin rush. Before lowering your dose, try NO

caffeine and see how you feel. Boy, If I had coffee the first 6 weeks,

I'd look like I was having convulsions!:-) I just didn't need any

extra stimuli..... I really hoped mine would stay that way but I'm

still good just got spoiled rotten feeling so much energy after being

dead two years.

If you have to have your coffee, drink decaf but they use chemicals to

decaf it but it will get you thru to have your coffee until the rush

tones down. Didn't take me but ONE time in the beginning to figure out

I didn't need the Caffeine for a while. Couldn't even write without

shaking after one cup so I didn't drink any until now. The caffeine

was just giving more stimuli that the endorphins were already giving.

And before LDN I could drink a pot or more of caffeine and not feel

NOTHING, no energy etc.

Notice what you said, " after your morning coffee " . Experiment giving

the caffeine up and see what happens before lowering your dose.
