I was taking ldn for about 8 months before I saw anything at all. Dr B suggests 6-9 months at least. It's been 15 months now and am starting to feel better each day it seems.

Are you progressing or just not seeing any benefits at all? Stopping progression is the main purpose.

The other discussion on the board recently is liquid vs. capsule potency. I think the caps work for some and liquid is better for others. I just started the homemade liquid about a week ago and am seeing a lot of difference.

On the capsules I was tossing and turning most nights and up on average 3-4 times per night. For the last 3 nights, I have gotten up only once.

I don't know if the baclofen is compatible with LDN, does anyone else know? Maybe you could continue with the ldn as well.
