This is so cool. So i switched from cap to liquid and i said before

that i experienced a slight high like feeling, or werid head buzz.

So i expanded on this the other day and have read enough literature

to understand that at 9PM is when dark hits and we sleep, and when

the bodies opiate receptors tell the hypothalamus how much

endorphins it needs. Like Dr Bihari said, by blocking the mu

receptors we trick the body into producing more, between 9pm and 3am

is exactly when the body communicates this which is confirmed in

stuides on pubmed.com

Anyways, what i did, was i took my LDN at 8:30PM assuming it takes

1/2 hour for full binding potential, and also that LDN should wear

off before 3am, this is important to my experiement.

I stayed up until 3:30 on purpose because the body releases all the

endorphins in a huge " outflow " at approx 3am.

I had felt the same from 8:30PM to 2:42AM. At EXACTLY 2:43AM i had

an overwhelming " rush " of euphoria though it could also be described

as sleepiness or dizziness. It was very similar to taking a

painkiller such as Vicodin, for the first time assuming you felt

good from it.

It was very intense, and very noticeable from one " mood " to another

between a minutes time.

This rush of endorphins lasted approxed until 3:30, so 45min. It

peaked at approx 3:15 for me. I wrote this all down last night.

Since I have never in my life experienced such an almost euphoric

rush on endorphins at this time, i can assume that my body produced

a much increased amount of endorphins from the low dose naltrexone!

So that is my story on a fun and interesting way to know if your LDN

is truly working.

Just make sure its dark, you can set your alart too for like 2:30AM

if you want to try that way. I rec. taking at 8:30PM to ensure it

wears off by 2:45 to feel this incredible feeling. Also the time may

vary with people keep this in mind.
