.. Does anyone have experience and/or thoughts about when to take LDN when one's sleep is normally during daylight hours? Thanks for any replies

I take my LDN around 1:30 a.m. I am a natural night owl. I do not go to bed until at least 5:00 a.m. And it is doing the job it is supposed to. It has done me such good I am going to stick with this arrangement.

Hope this helps you out.

hi,

like CJ i take my LDN at 1-1:30 am and go to be about 3:30 am.

i would go to bed later but my mom gets annoyed that we are on such

different schedules, she an early, early bird.

i remember reading at the www.low dose naltrexone site under Q & A

that someone asked a question about what time she should take the LDN

because she worked the night shift. Dr. B's answer was to take it

between 9 pm-3am. why dont u go to the Q & A area on the website

yourself? hope this helps. zuzu
