hi Steve.

I've been taking LDN since Sept. 2003, close to my 3 yr mark. I've had nothing but good come of it. I'm no longer walking with a cane, haven't had a relapse in 3 yrs. and balance, memory, concentration are better as well. I've been doing so well that, for the first time, I was able to walk 6. 2 miles in the MS Walk this past April. and went back to work part time.

I have RRMS. and really wasn't doing very well for the first 3 yrs. while trying all the CRABs. Before starting LDN I stopped everything else I was taking. Now, its only one pill per nite, I'm healthier than I've been in a very long time, and most definitley "happier".

I believe in LDN because it has been working for me. But, I, too, have to keep working on my body and mind to keep healthy. That, too, is important.

"UNTIL THERE'S A CURE" it's LDN

Have you started LDN yourself? or looking in to it? Whatever you chose for yourself, I wish you Luck, Health and Happiness.

Feel free to email me if you'd like.

Carol

http://www.larrygc.com/mystory will take you to what's left of my journal (original entry from Day 220), and I just added one yesterday. It's on my LDN Forum on ezboard (they were hacked apart 2 months ago and we lost many posts)

Today is Day 831 for me

Hi Steve, just passed my 2 yr mark on LDN. I have either, SP or PP- MS and have not progressed since July 4th, 2003. Still need my cane, but still the same. Kiki

If you started in 2003, then you, like myself, are going on 2 years! I started in Nov '03. Much better bladder control. That's a good thing. I am PPMS and was very progressed to start with. I do recommend LDN as a first line of defense!
