I have experienced night sweats also and have been on LDN 2 years. It seems to happen at about 4am. I assumed it was the endorphin release. I do not always notice it but I have recently observed it happening. I wonder now if it was the night s I took the liquid rather than capsule? Here we go again...another experiment. Kiki

Many nights since I started LDN, I wake up at around 3:00 - 4:00 AM with a sweaty neck! Couldn't live without the ceiling fan! Here's my theory, for what it's worth! Here in West Texas, that's about the time that the humidity gets up. I know because that's when my friend who bales hay goes to work. They have to have just the right amount of humidity to hold the bales together! Just my theory!
