I think the youngest for LDN here that I've seen were boys with muscular dystrophy and they may have been 12 and older. I am not aware of any children under 12 that use LDN. I know weight and dosage of LDN are quite different for animals as Dr. Bihari told me that so I figure a 2 to 8, 9, 10 year old might need a lower dose but I don't know just how much.
