ooooh I second that! I spent the first 20 years of my life in North Carolina, the school experience of my parents when they were young was awful, mine was just as bad, and I have 2 friends that are teachers there and they say it's awful as well!

North Carolina is good for retirement, like Florida. My in-laws live in Wilmington, Carolina Beach area. Lovely for retiring.

Need Advice: Where to liveTo: mb12 valtrex@ yahoogroups. comDate: Sunday, August 10, 2008, 6:41 PM

Hi Group,

I rarely post but most read the emails for good advice. Today I have a question though: Where is the best state to reside in ensure strong services, good provider care and quality of life for the whole family?

Has there ever been a study on this? A website that provides this data?

Thanks,

Matt
