I just started pool therapy about a monthly ago but it’s only once a week. I guess maybe I should wait a while before using the bike. Like they say “baby steps”. Thanks for the idea.

The thing I'd advise for it is exercise -- and if you can no longer power it yourself on an exercise bike, look for a powered machine to keep the blood flowing through that leg. Don't give atrophy a chance to take a hold of that leg!

or maybe still do the bike but only for 5 minutes and add one more minute each time making sure you stretch before and after. kathy
