Guest guest
YOU EITHER DON'T HAVE ENOUGH HYDROCHLORIC ACID WHICH YOU CAN TEST BY THE TABLESPOON OF WHITE APPLE CIDER VINEGAR IN A 8 OZ. GLASS OF WATER OR YOU NEED TO TAKE DIGESTIVE ENZYMES. YOU PROBABLY HAVE ACID REFLUX WHICH CAN BE CURED WITH ENZYME THERAPY. KATHY [low dose naltrexone] Re: does anyone recognize this? I've always been sensitive to things and I don't have any type of reaction after I take 4.5mgs of liquid LDN. But I know for me, the liquid is working much better than any other way of taking LDN. I do recall feeling some things when I first started the crushed LDN but I can't recall exactly. May have been a slight headache or light headed and seems I felt something with my heart but whatever it was went away quickly and that is why I can't recall for sure. I really didn't care b/c I knew I would be getting better eventually on LDN and did. Also, I think now that anything I take in capsule form, I'm not getting the full dosage for some reason. I remember years ago taking a capsule pill and not sure what it was right now but I must have not drank enough liquids and I burped and powder came up out of my mouth. That was gross and I wouldn't think the capsule would be apart that fast and if so, then why don't I absorb what's in it?Rhonda> Hi all,> My boyfriend uses LDN for about 3,5 weeks now and is doing quite well. > He uses 4,5 liquid REVIA. Guest guest
VINEGAR HAS HYDROCHLORIC ACID SO IF DIGESTIVE UPSET GOES AWAY, YOU DON'T HAVE ENOUGH. YOU TRIED SNORTING COFFEE? THAT IS FUNNY!!!!! I WAS JUST THINKING THAT ENZYMES ARE SO GOOD FOR ALLERGIES AND SINUS PROBLEMS AND EVERYTHING ELSE. IT COULD REALLY HELP YOUR EYES . KATHY P.S. I 'M JUST TEASING ABOUT COFFEE. I ASSUME YOU KNOW THAT. HEE HEE [low dose naltrexone] Re: does anyone recognize this? What is the vinegar suppose to do? I don't seem to have any reflux problems nor heartburn etc. Before LDN tho, seems I had more digestive problems intestinal like blowing up etc and I don't have much of that anymore. I also tho stopped taking MSM thinking that could be causing gastrointestinal problems and I took glucosamine also. I stopped taking acidolphlus also which had many strains of bacteria. I also stopped drinking decaf coffee b/c reading to decaf they use nasty chemicals plus being fatigued, I inhaled the caffeinated coffee but didn't help me with energy at all back then. Can't remember what else but I eliminated several things I thought could be irritating my intestines. I have read that when we get older the acids in the stomach reduce causing problems instead of people thinking they have to much acids and they pop antiacids daily which really just causes them more problems. I did try years ago some digestive enzymes with papaya and bromelin etc but didn't help much then. I just thought I must have allergies to foods and additives but I seem to be fine now. I think the MSM and Glucosmine did irriate my intestines. They did help in the beginning 10 years ago with the pain I had but last two years, didn't. The pain was constant and extreme and LDN took care of that thank goodness.Rhonda> YOU EITHER DON'T HAVE ENOUGH HYDROCHLORIC ACID WHICH YOU CAN TEST BY THE TABLESPOON OF WHITE APPLE CIDER VINEGAR IN A 8 OZ. Guest guest
I haven't been on LDN long enough to know how it is affecting me in this area but I have experienced significant hair loss in the past probably from low functioning adrenals. I have found that silicea or horsetail silica really helps stimulate new hair growth. Great for the nails as well. Hope this helps. Barbara [low dose naltrexone] Re: does anyone recognize this? > Is any one losing hair mine is getting thinner in crown area.> > _Lkilcollin@a..._ (mailto:Lkilcollin@a...) - I, too, experienced hair loss...in fact it was rather alarming for the first 2-3 months. I also addressed the board and only had one reply from another person experiencing hair loss. I believe it has now tapered off...maybe a little more than the usual amount (I think I once read 30 strands a day was normal). I still believe the benefits of LDN are worth it and I hope I'm right that I'm not losing as much hair now.
