Re: taking LDN earlier than 9pm

8:30pm may not make a huge difference but I always tell folks to take LDN at the

same time each night. I find that taking LDN at the same time each night that I

feel the best and if I take it 1 hour later than I normally do then I'm not at

my best the following day. Do not let your liquid LDN in the syringe get warm.

Make sure you take the LDN liquid version cold straight from fridge.
