Guest guest
Thanks... I know, I know, I plan to continue to have soup for lunch for the next two weeks. I am finding that I am actually enjoying it... go figure! I just cannot believe that there is not some sort of menu and recipe book for us bandits. It really is amazing that there seem to be so many of us out there, that not one of the skinny dieticians My dietician (one of those skinny bit*hes)... has given me a very basic list of suggestions, and suggests that I just repeat for 14 days... BOOORRRING! I promise, I will be good. Been to the supermarket today and have shopped for lovely soft yoghurt desserts and musshy fruit thingos. All Good! Guest guest
Hi again I do believe there is a recipe book for bandits by a dietician, Trudy . She is at the Wesley Hospital in Brisbane. I think that is right. However, I don't know if there is a mush section. It is only for a short period and basically you can blend a whole range of food with sufficient liquid to get a meal of mush.
