Guest guest
I get extreme body fatigue, with slight mental fatigue. I'm ready to rest, sometimes do, or push through it. If you do capsules have doc write script for 1.5mg capsules and try 4.5mg for 1 month and if after 1 month 4.5mg trial you have increased stiffness then back down the dose. 3.0mg is probably not strong enough for you. Guest guest
Do your kids let you put them down for an afternoon nap? Then make it a family tradition to ensure you too get some down-time to re-charge each day. Just a thought that might or might not work for you? Guest guest
Have you tried taking the LDN the liquid method. I took crushed method of the 50mgs of Revia and didn't get fatigue relief until I took the 4.5mgs the liquid method and it was instant. I've recently messed all that up by taking generic and I'm back on Revia now and time will tell.. Have you tried 4.5mgs yet? Guest guest
Sara, Do you take your LDN in a capsule? I was very tired when I first started ,but then started disolving my compounded capsule in water before I took it, and it made a big difference- I felt better the next day. Now I'm mixing liquid LDN on my own from 50mg tablets. Still feeling fine, it's easy to play with the dose, and saving a lot of money. Guest guest
The 11:30 has disappeared and moved over to 3?? WAke from nap just drugged. Will try disolving tonight. Phoned my MD and asked for the liquid, as so many of you say it gives better results. I am so blessed by this medication, even though there are some bumps in the road. Have been telling everyone I know to spread the word. God Bless, Sara > Sara, Do you take your LDN in a capsule?
