Dr. Lawrence in the UK who has MS himself & takes LDN says that increased fatigue can be a symptom during the first few months on LDN. If not, you might try getting DL-Phenylalanine 500mg from healthfood store and take it on an empty stomach twice per day, once in AM and once in afternoon. Dr. Bihari recommends DL-P to help keep endorphins up during the day, that is if you do not have any of the conditions on the bottle's cautionary warning like high blood pressure. There are 3 types of Phenylalanine(feenel-al-a-neen)...L-Phenylalanine, D-Phenylalanine & DL-Phenylalanine...you want the DL-Phenylalanine 500mg, not the others...it must be the DL-Phenylalanine(feenel-al-a-neen).
