This should subside within a few days and should not last over 14 days. Dr.

Lawrence in the UK who has MS himself & takes LDN says that increased fatigue

can be a symptom during the first few months on LDN. The increase in symptoms

should not last over 14 days unless you were on long-term narcotics prior to

starting LDN.

I forgot to ask, what dosage of LDN are you taking and what time do you take

your LDN? Do you have high blood pressure? If not, you might try getting

DL-Phenylalanine 500mg from healthfood store and take it on an empty stomach

twice per day, once in AM and once in afternoon. Dr. Bihari recommends DL-P to

help keep endorphins up during the day, that is if you do not have any of the

conditions on the bottle's cautionary warning like high blood pressure. There

are 3 types of Phenylalanine(feenel-al-a-neen)...L-Phenylalanine,

D-Phenylalanine & DL-Phenylalanine...you want the DL-Phenylalanine 500mg, not

the others...it must be the DL-Phenylalanine(feenel-al-a-neen).
