How low was low on your D?

I don't know how low, the doctor just sent me an email with my cholesterol

results and as side note said that my D levels were a little low.

I can find out if it will be helpful but I am assuming I am not deficient.

It's really a good idea to always get a copy of your labs and start a file. I

keep mine in a binder. That way you can track them, If you click on files to he

left there

is a lab tacker you can print out
