I take between 4 and 4.5 ml at 10:30 at night. I had tried the compounded from 3 different pharmacies listed as recommended on the ldn website, with different fillers, each time. I think the liquid is more potent and works better for me. Arlene
Guest guest
Hi, To JL, Kiki, Rhonda, and Arlene who responded to the recent thread " Liquid vs. Capsule - Which is Better? " and anyone else who has switched from compounded capsules to liquid and feel that the liquid is working better, could you please let me know: 1) What pharmacy are you now getting your LDN from and in what form, and specifically how are you preparing/taking it in liquid form? 2) From which pharmacy were you previously getting your capsules from that you feel didn't work as well as the liquid you are now taking? Thanks, Jim
Guest guest
I got my first Revia from www.medsmex.com and then got a script from neuro and tried the compounded only one day from Skips and didn't feel as good. I do not think I absorb as much with the compounded capsule. I never did try opening the compounded capsule and put in water. I just wanted what I knew worked so my neuro called me in the generic naltrexone and it has the same ingredients as Revia and working the same. I got the generic script from Eckerds and my insurance copay was only $10. Had doc put take one nightly so I got 30 pills that will last 10 months. I do the homemade liquid method with 50mgs dissolved in water and measuring out 4.5mgs. It's great feeling normal again. The homemade liquid instructions are on www.goodshape.net. Scroll down to the bottom and you will find where to click.
