Also if you buy the ingredients that I posted they are mixed in water and then you drink them. No pills, no muss and very little fuss.

Hi Marcie,

I was using the Mannatech products both for me and my wife...It cost over $700.00 a month for the two of us. I have since found the following recipe to make the powder.........For $30.00 a month !!!Things are tough enough for MS'ER'S without this financial burden

Here's a good example: Can you guys please take your interchanges off-line and direct to each other, and not just hit reply to send it to all ~1400 in the listserv group, which I (for one, and likely many others) don't need to see.
