Guest guest
Jim, I get my capsules from Irmat . I was just experimenting with making it a liquid my capsules work fine . I did however find that the 4.5mg cap in OJ works as well as my 6mg cap swallowed whole. Definitely for me the liquid is stronger. I will continue to take the 6mg cap because it is much easier to travel with. Kiki
Guest guest
Jim - I get my capsules from Skips in Florida. I use 4.5. I am one of the people who has continued to progress ie: flair up with completely new symptoms at around 1 year after I started LDN - that was 6 months ago. I did steroids, and when I got that done I went back on LDN. After all the discussion here about liquid vs capsule, I decided last week to start opening up my capsules and dump them into about an inch of liquid. Than I stir it well, drink it down, rinse the glass and drink that too. I do this at 9:00 sharp - I always took my pill at 9:00 too as I am an early to bed type and that is the latest I can manage. I have been amazed. I have had for these first few day significant increased stiffness and pain, but I am feeling my toes again, something I haven't done for months. I think what has gotten worse in the past few days is getting better again. Of course only time will tell but I think that for my system - the liquid is better and I will continue on this way. Who knows, maybe I will get lucky and my disease progression will stop. Cinders
Guest guest
I find that fascinating. It seems the pain was actually a good sign that a reversal was occurring. When you feel pain, you aren't numb anymore! best to you. i hope it continues to get better and better. kathy [low dose naltrexone] Re: Back to "Liquid vs. Capsule" Jim - I get my capsules from Skips in Florida.
